In every technique of meditation, the process takes you out of the conditioned mind and opens up access to the nonconditioned mind. CHIROPRACTIC
Chiropractic is a form of alternative medicine[1] that focuses on diagnosis and treatment of mechanical disorders of the musculoskeletal system, especially the spine, under the belief that these disorders affect general health via the nervous system.[2] It is the largest alternative medical profession,[3] and although chiropractors have many similarities to primary care providers, they are more similar to a medical specialty like dentistry or podiatry.[4] The main chiropractic treatment technique involves manual therapy, especially manipulation of the spine, other joints, and soft tissues, but may also include exercises and health and lifestyle counseling.[5] The "specific focus of chiropractic practice" is chiropractic subluxation.[6] Traditional chiropractic assumes that a vertebral subluxation or spinal joint dysfunction interferes with the body's function and its innate intelligence.[7] A large number of chiropractors want to separate themselves from the traditional vitalistic concept of innate intelligence.[3]

Vegan (no meat, no dairy)

Veganism is a type of vegetarian diet that excludes meat, eggs, dairy products and all other animal-derived ingredients. Many vegans also do not eat foods that are processed using animal products, such as refined white sugar and some wines. Most vegans also avoid the use of all products tested on animals, as well as animal-derived non-food products, such as leather, fur and wool.
Vegan refers to either a person who follows this way of eating, or to the diet itself. Source:about.com

Vegetarian (no meat)

When most people think of vegetarians, they think of lacto-ovo-vegetarians. People who do not eat beef, pork, poultry, fish, shellfish or animal flesh of any kind, but do eat eggs and dairy products are lacto-ovo vegetarians (“lacto” comes from the Latin for milk, and “ovo” for egg). Lacto-vegetarian is used to describe a vegetarian who does not eat eggs, but does eat dairy products. Ovo-vegetarian refers to people who do not eat meat or dairy products but do eat eggs.
